1. Lesson bookings
- All lessons must be booked in advance by contacting the instructor directly.
- Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from the instructor.
- Lessons are available in the following areas: Wood Green, Enfield, Cheshunt, Edmonton, Tottenham, and Turnpike Lane.
- The standard lesson rate will be confirmed by the instructor at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time will incur a cancellation fee equal to half the hourly lesson price. This fee must be paid before any future lessons can be booked.
- Failure to attend a booked lesson without prior notice ("no-show") will be treated as a late cancellation and the same fee will apply.
- The instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson due to adverse weather conditions, vehicle issues, or illness. In such cases, the lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
3. Lesson requirements
- Students must hold a valid provisional driving licence at the time of the lesson.
- Students must bring their provisional licence to every lesson. The lesson cannot proceed without it.
- Students must be fit and well to drive. Lessons will not take place if the student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. Lesson coverage areas
- Lessons are provided in Wood Green, Enfield, Cheshunt, Edmonton, Tottenham, and Turnpike Lane.
- Pick-up and drop-off points will be agreed in advance between the student and the instructor.
5. Payment
- Payment is due at the start of each lesson unless otherwise agreed with the instructor.
- Accepted methods of payment will be confirmed by the instructor.
6. Instructor responsibilities
- The instructor is a fully qualified DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).
- The instructor will provide a fully insured, dual-controlled vehicle for all lessons.
- The instructor will conduct lessons in a professional, patient, and supportive manner.
7. Liability
- The instructor is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after a lesson.
- The instructor is not responsible for any test outcomes. While every effort is made to prepare students, the test result is ultimately determined by the DVSA examiner.
8. Changes to terms
GokhanDrive reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement with the instructor following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
